The first, most important step is for us to understand YOUR needs. We meet with all Clients (one-on-one) on site.  It is important for us that YOU see, feel, smell, hear and "taste" the area which you have chosen for us to build your new home. During our meeting we will also discuss your personal needs for your dream home.  This will ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your new investment.  We hereby also make sure that you fully understanding the entire process of buying off plan. RPM Housing understands that this is probably one of the most important decisions you will ever be making.

Your Credit Check is the first step you take when deciding to purchase your new home. We will require the following documentation from you, to enable us to do the pre-qualification : A clear copy of your Identity Document. 3 Most recent payslip. 3 Months Bank Statements. ** If you are married In Community of Property, your spouse's documents are also required ** In case of Divorce, the Divorce settlement letter will be required. ** Please note that if you are applying for a joint bond (spouse or partner applying with you) we will need the above documents from                                                       ** If you are earning over-time or commission, the above also applies but a total of 6 months and not 3.  An average monthly income

Once we receive feedback on your credit check, we are ready to start your application process. At this stage you would have already met with one of our agents on site and chosen the house size and stand in which you are interested. The contracts will be sent to you for completion and signature.  Our friendly staff and consultants will be happy to assist you while completing your application.  Remember, we are here to help you!!! We submit your application to all 4 major banks in South Africa, being (Nedbank, ABSA, Standard Bank and First National Bank) and negotiate the lowest possible interest rate for you. After the bond approval is received from the bank, your signature is the only requirement to start the process of building your dream home.
You, our most valued client, are welcome to visit the site throughout the building process.  Many quality checks are done throughout the process  - Our civil engineers visit the site at least 3 times of which the foundation stage is, of course, the most important.  Certificates are also issues for the Foundation, Slab and Roof structure. The NHBRC also do un-scheduled checks throughout the entire building process. Your Local Municipality is also responsible for their inspections throughout the building process, as well as the occupation inspection which is done on completion. Lastly, your bank will do a final inspection to ensure that everything is 100%.
